The short version
- We collect only what we need to reply to you, run what you've booked, and improve our website.
- We never sell your data.
- For Code Camp, we deal with parents and organisers. We don't ask for children's names on our forms.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing admin@deltaops.consulting.

Surveys after training
Our post-training surveys are anonymous. We don't collect names or email addresses in them and we report results only in aggregate.
When you visit our website
- What
- Pages visited, device and browser details, and an approximate location from your IP address.
- Why
- To understand which pages help people and, on workshop pages, to measure our advertising.
- Cookies
- We use HubSpot analytics cookies across the site and, on workshop pages, the Meta Pixel. The law requires your consent for these, and we are adding a cookie banner so you can accept or refuse them. Until it's live, you can block them in your browser settings. Cookies the site needs to work don't need consent.
- Kept for
- As set by each cookie, up to 13 months.
Children and Code Camp
Code Camp is for children aged 10 to 16, with younger siblings sometimes joining an older brother or sister. We always deal with a parent, guardian or organiser, never directly with a child. Our forms ask only for age bands, not children's names.
Campers build using their parent's own Claude account, provided by Anthropic. What your child types into Claude is handled by Anthropic under your account's terms. We don't have access to your account and don't receive that content.
