AI use is fragmented across the department
Different people use Claude in different ways, with little agreement on what should be shared, standardised or reused.
A 3.5-hour live workshop for managers whose teams already use Claude.
Your team is using Claude. But are your workflows faster, better or easier to manage?
Redesign one recurring workflow, turn it into a shared team asset in Claude, and leave with a 30-day plan to prove it works.

of organisations reported zero return from their generative AI efforts.

Different people use Claude in different ways, with little agreement on what should be shared, standardised or reused.
People are encouraged to use AI, but there is no shared view of which workflows matter or how success should be measured.
A few people have become confident users, while others use Claude only for basic tasks or not at all.
Individual steps get faster while hand-offs, waiting time and the wider process stay the same.
Ownership, standards, review and measurement are addressed too late.
A recurring workflow from your own department, mapped as it runs today and redesigned, with a before-and-after diagram drawn by Claude.
Which steps should be rule-based automation, which should use AI, and which should stay with a person, with the reason recorded.
Draft instructions for a shared Claude Project or Skill, so everyone in your team runs the AI step the same way.
An owner, measures and a review date for the test, plus the next workflows to take through the same method.
AI should not go into every step. Using AI for everything is like taking a Ferrari to cross the road. You classify each step of your workflow with the Delta Ops D / A / H method:
Deterministic automation for steps with clear rules, a known trigger and a predictable output.
AI for steps that need interpretation, summarising, drafting or classifying, where the output can be reviewed.
Human for accountability, approvals, relationships and unusual exceptions.
You work in a guided workbook, filled in live, with non-sensitive information from your own department.
Illustrative page. In the session you map a workflow from your own department.
Eight steps, each ending with a page of your workbook completed. Short teaching, a worked example, then you apply it to your own workflow. Includes a 10-minute break.

You do not need a technical background. Come with a good understanding of how work gets done in your department and the authority, or influence, to improve at least one recurring process. It helps to think of two or three recurring activities that happen weekly or monthly, involve several steps or hand-offs, and often wait or need rework. You do not need to map anything in advance. The workbook guides you through it during the session.
Claude Pro, Team or Enterprise, and you should already use it for everyday work. This is not a beginners' course. The session shows what each plan allows when you share Projects and Skills with a team.
Yes, one recurring workflow you own or influence. Please use non-sensitive information only.
No, but it gives you the starting point. You leave with your first workflow redesigned and ready to test. After the workshop, you use the Notion workspace to take your next workflows through the same method, and build your department's AI strategy from the bottom up, based on the work your team does.
You get a receipt by email, then the joining details and the workbook link before 7 October. The recording and the Notion workspace follow within 48 hours after the session.
